The Xcel-Arc Powered Air Purifying Respirator provides industrial level protection for the most extreme welding applications and environments where effective and reliable eye and respiratory protection is an absolute must.
The 12-volt, 4400MAh lithium-ion battery provides up to 8 hours of use on level 1, 6 hours on level 2 and 4 hours on level 3 airflow setting.
ELITEVISION™ Lens Technology
Lens Technology greatly improves the optics of your helmet, letting you see a full spectrum of colours. It also helps to reduce eye fatigue making it safer for extended periods of welding.

The powered respirator keeps fresh, clean air pumping around your face so that you can breathe easily while you weld. It has a filter efficiency of 99.996% @0.3um , which means that welding fumes, particles and gases are all being filtered to provide you with clean, fresh air.
EXTERNAL GRIND BUTTON
External grind button, so you can keep it on while you’re grinding, no need to remove your safety gear or fiddle around with flip lens or hoods.
UP TO 8 HOURS BATTERY LIFE
With a built-in 4400mAH lithium-ion battery, it’s quick and easy to recharge with the supplied power adapter. Up to 8 hours of battery life on the lowest intensity settings, you can work an entire shift before it needs to be charged again. Lasts up to 4 hours on the highest intensity setting.
1/1/1/1 CLASSIFICATION
Welding helmet lenses are graded on a rating system from 1 to 3 across four categories, with 1 being the highest and 3 being the lowest. This helmet features the maximum 1/1/1/1 classification for optical quality, diffusion of light, light consistency and angle dependence.
MEMORY STATES
The three most frequently used settings can be stored and reactivated easily by using the three memory buttons on the Auto-Darkening Filter (ADF).
