Xcel-Arc Lavashield welding blankets are made using fibreglass fabric that is coated on each side with Acrylic coatings. The coatings enhance the fabrics inherent heat-resistance to abrasion, chemicals, oil and weather. The blankets are hemmed on all sides with KEVLAR® thread that is double locked stitched and large brass grommets added for extra durability and ease of handling.
